Dr. Kim’s Blog
The American Dental Association and its member dentists now have an arrangement to answer dental-related questions on the website Sharecare, or www.sharecare.com.
The website was created by Dr. Mehmet Oz, whom you may know from the Oprah Winfrey Show and his own show, the Dr. Oz Show. The co-creator of the website was Jeff Arnold, the founder of the WebMD.com.
Oral health will be one of the 48 topics that the website covers. Twenty-five trained member spokespersons will respond to questions that come through the website.
This content shows the ADA's commitment to patients' overall health and its partnership with other health professionals in providing education to the public, helping people become more knowledgeable and involved in their own health
